VNT is a well-known supplier for the European automotive and sheet metal processing
industry based in Wartberg, Austria, with two additional production facilities in
Hungary. The company operates in two business segments: (1) in the manufacture of
high-quality tools for processing sheet metal, in particular for the automotive and
gardening tool industries, as well as (2) in the direct production of sheet metal
components with medium-range annual production figures. Together with management
EquiVest acquired the majority in 2005 and has kept VNT in its portfolio until mid 2009.
