 The investors of EquiVest are renowned, long-term oriented institutional investors such as umbrella funds, pension funds, insurance companies, banks and family trusts. EquiVest's investors have a solid understanding of the "Mittelstand" business segment in the German-speaking countries and typically work together with EquiVest/CBR on the decision-making level. They preferably have invested their own capital. EquiVest I Fund's equity capital amounts to €157m; EquiVest II Fund has capital commitments of over €200m. The target is to acquire approximately ten portfolio companies in each fund. The term of the EquiVest funds is 10 years each. |
