We are looking for the following features in investment companies:
- Dedicated management team willing to take on entrepreneurial responsibility by acquiring a stake in the company
- Market leaders in a category and/or niche
- Diversified range of products, customers and markets
- Well established companies with strong and sustainable track record, no start-ups
- Solid current and historical return on investment and cash flow, typically with potential for further development
- Plausible concept for the future, preferably with foreseeable cash flows
- Turnover typically €40m to €250m.
- Headquarters in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
- No specific sector focus for the portfolio company
- Majority of shares available for EquiVest
