high-performance range of products the company supplies numerous customers
in the entire manufacturing industry. EquiVest acquired BHS together with
the management team in 2002 and it remained in the portfolio until the
middle of 2005. Continuous research and development were and still are the
guarantee for extraordinary growth. As a result, turnover increased from
approximately €36m to nearly €60m in just three years.
