EquiVest is one of the first German private equity funds in the small- and medium-sized company segment, the so called "Mittelstand". For over 15 years the founding partners have effectively been investing in this specific market, successfully concluding the performance of the EquiVest I Fund. With its final close in June 2007 EquiVest has finalized its second fund, the EquiVest II Fund, committing capital of over €200m.

EquiVest invests in attractive and promising companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The expansion to other foreign markets is being evolved, using the existing structure of portfolio companies as well as the existing systematic development and implementation of international growth strategies of the specific companies.

EquiVest is a reliable and financially strong partner of the "Mittelstand". Its focus is on strong value creation and on close cooperation with its portfolio companies in the small- and medium-sized segment.
